We are happy to accept cats that are on routine medication provided their medical condition is stable. We are trained to administer tablets and injections as necessary according to the owner’s instructions.
Disclosure of any medical condition or concern is really important. If we have not been given information about your cat’s health it may lead to unnecessary worry and veterinary costs if we think that a problem has arisen during the cat’s stay with us.
Please note: we will not accept any cat that is acutely unwell on admission.

Please ensure that you bring all medication with you and make sure there are adequate supplies for the duration of your cat’s stay, along with clear written instructions.
Make sure that you give us all details of the care required for your cat such as times to administer medication. Please also provide us with an up-to-date name and contact details of your own vet should we need to consult them regarding your cat’s health and ongoing care. Also be sure to tell your vet that your cat will be staying with us while you’re away, we’ve found recently that some vets don’t like to talk with us about your pet’s health without permission.

Please ensure that you can show evidence of a full and up to date vaccination history for your cat.
We take the risk of flea and worm infestation very seriously and request that all cats are fully treated against flea and worm infestation prior to their stay. We reserve the right to treat any cat found to have fleas or worms during their stay and the owner will be liable for the cost of any treatment required,
We regret we cannot accept admission of male cats that are un-neutered over the age of 8 months.
